I have a Bachelor of Science in Conservation Biology from Brigham Young University and a Master of Science in Environment and Development from University of Leeds.
I spent the larger part of my educational career conducting research and presenting complex scientific ideas to individuals of the scientific community and to those rural and urban communities who will benefit from my findings. As such, I have developed the ability to write eloquently and concisely on any topic.
I believe that people can only come to understand themselves as we come to understand each other. This is an beautifully frustrating belief... by which I stand strong.
I am a human being and you probably are as well. As such, we have an innate need for each other. Our ancestors were social creatures who relied on tribes for food and safety and our apples didn't fall far from the tree. I need human contact as much as the next guy.
After all, we are only conceived as people because we are surrounded by people. So what are we without others?
